The Golden Knights Track Club was established to give back to community through the sport we love! Our belief in athletics is that it provides a stepping stone for success. We promote, develop and empower our youth through physical training and mental discipline, with health, friendship, dedication, and kindness as the forefront of our program.
Track & Field is the sport of running, jumping and throwing—there is something for everyone! New student-athletes will learn many disciplines of the sport as a Golden Knight. Some will specialize in one event and some might compete in a multitude of events. Typical practices include warm-ups, drills, workout and cool downs, competitions referred to as "meets" will take place mostly on the weekends and typically last six hours. Prior to the competition all athletes will be provided a tentative event schedule which will outline the approximate times they will scheduled to compete.
